A Word From Dr. Smith "Updating Your Medicine Chest To A Health Chest."
Sharing how to "Update Your Medicine Chest to a Health Chest" is one of my favorite consultations with new clients. The above three PDF documents are in follow-up to your 90-minute Health Chest Telephone Consultation. Note, in the documents, I may use the term "item, product or supplement" to represent the herbs, homeoathics, whole food vitamins/mineral supplements and/or essential oils in your Health Chest. Please print each and them insert into the PEP Articles section of your PEP Binder. Then follow-through on the information in each document to set-up your Health Chest.
As you use these products, you will gain more confidence in your ability to take control of your own health and meet your day-to-day acute and emergency health care needs. In the beginning as an event occurs, scheduling an Emergency Consultation with me for additional help may be needed. However, after a few of these, you will have that confidence and experience to become self-reliant and independent. Also, you will then notice that the dependence you have had regarding medicine (pharmaceutical drugs) will soon be a faded memory.
