FASTING INSTRUCTIONS web page provides the instructions for fasting, starting the day before blood is drawn at a local Laboratory.
BLOOD TESTS LISTS & DR LTR web page provides a list of all blood tests ordered and analyzed by Dr. Smith in the Comprehensive Nutritional Blood Chemistry Analysis (NBCA) and a Physician's Letter from Dr. Smith. When a client will use these two documents is explained on this web page.

preparation and collection of your specimen sample(s),
completing and submitting Health and Symptom History Questionnaires and Informed Consents
and mailing samples to our Labs, when applicable.

Our website does not have a shopping cart because it is what is termed an "information only" website. So our website has no need for a padlock.
