Dietary Evaluation Overview
Diet and Nutrition Defined
Diet is what you eat and drink. Nutrition is what happens inside of the body as a result of what you eat and drink. Nutrition is the metabolism (the digestion, absorption, assimilation, distribution and the elimination of waste) and then what the body does with the metabolized substance, which it uses to heal, repair, grow new cells and maintain the function of the organs, glands and body systems.
What are Dietary and Nutrient Deficiencies? The food you eat on a daily basis is considered your health maintenance diet.
It is either assisting you in maintaining your health or creating
dietary deficiencies. Dietary deficiencies that have existed for three months, or longer, progress to nutrient deficiencies and will then appear on laboratory tests as "clinical" level vitamin or mineral
deficiencies. Nutrient Deficiencies are insufficient or deficient levels of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, oils, vitamins, minerals and water. Once your dietary deficiencies have become nutrient deficiencies, this causes biochemical imbalances, which then causes the dysfunction of organs, glands and body systems. At this stage of you begin to experience the symptoms of these nutrient deficiencies. The longer the dietary deficiencies exist, the lower the nutrient levels become and the worse the symptoms. A Healthy Diet Is Not Just Eating Healthy Foods A healthy diet is not just eating healthy foods and avoiding unhealthy ones, though this is the first step towards developing a healthy diet, i.e., to eliminate all unhealthy foods from your diet. Eating unhealthy foods one or twice a week will not permanently and adversely affect your health. However, consuming them daily and every meal, will in time, create dietary deficiencies.
Though the place to start is to eat healthy foods and limit unhealthy ones, the ideal diet is eating the foods that are right for your nutritional biochemistry. Obtaining a Dietary Analysis from Advanced Clinical Nutrition based upon a clinical nutrition analysis of laboratory testing (blood, urine, saliva, stool, hair), a therapeutic and maintenance "food chemistry" diet can be designed, providing you with a list of healthy foods that are right for your biochemistry.
What Is A Food Chemistry Diet? When the chemistry of specific foods match the biochemistry of the person eating these foods, this is the ideal diet for the individual. For example, should your clinical nutrition analysis of your blood chemistry indicate you have too much glucose, your food chemistry diet would not include carrots. Though carrots are a healthy food, it is also high in natural sugars and, thus, can increase glucose levels.
Should the results of your Dietary Evaluation Overview Evaluation indicate that your diet is unhealthy or you want to know which foods are right for your biochemistry, you can click here to inquire and to order a Dietary Analysis from Advanced Clinical Nutrition.
The Dietary Evaluation Overview will provide a list of which foods are healthy and which are unhealthy. Knowing this, you can begin today to eat more healthy foods and avoid unhealthy ones, which is a place to start, however, you must increase the nutrient levels that have already occurred or your symptoms will not leave and continue to create more deficiencies, i.e., more symptoms.
The Nutrient Supplement Questionnaire, another Free Evaluation available to our subscribers, will identify if you currently have symptoms of nutrient deficiencies.
The specific nutrients, that are deficient, can be identified through a clinical nutrition analysis of your biochemistry, i.e., the laboratory testing of blood, urine, saliva, stool, or hair, etc. This also identifies the specific the biochemical imbalances and organs, glands, and body systems that have become dysfunctional. Once identified, they can be corrected by a personalized therapeutic, whole food supplement and dietary program to raise nutrient levels. These are the services provided by Advanced Clinical Nutrition. If not corrected, they evolve into illnesses and disease. Symptoms Are Not The Disease Symptoms of nutrient deficiencies begin to disappear within 3-6 weeks on your personalized program and and must be continued until the clinical nutrition analysis of your biochemistry from re-testing your laboratory tests indicate when nutrients have been restored and are sufficient again so the symptoms will not return. If the personalized program is stopped too soon, such as just because symptoms have disappeared, instead of being stopped when tests indicate that you do not need them, in time, symptoms will reappear because the nutrients levels were only raised to the degree the body no longer needed to keep producing symptoms.
Symptoms are a biological and biochemical communication (messenger) system of the human body. They are not the cause of the illness or disease. The system was designed by nature to get your attention so you would respond with the appropriate actions, i.e., be tested for your deficiencies and correct them, not suppress them.
Symptoms of nutrient deficiencies feel the same as the symptoms of disease. When symptoms occur we have been trained to seek medical examinations and testing, however, when they are normal, this means that the symptoms of nutrient deficiencies have not yet progressed to disease stage in the degenerative process of cells, tissues, organs, glands and body systems. If not corrected by following a personalized therapeutic supplement and dietary program based on the results from a clinical nutrition analysis (or interpretation) of laboratory testing, which is different than a medical interpretation, in time, your nutrient deficiencies will progress to the disease stage. Do You Have Symptoms of Nutrient Deficiencies To evaluate whether you are currently suffering from the symptoms caused by long-term dietary deficiencies that have progressed to the stage of nutrient deficiencies, follow the information in the right column to obtain an additional Evaluation and complete the Nutrient Supplement Questionnaire or if you know they are, click here to inquire and to order a clinical nutrition analysis of your biochemistry so that you may correct your deficiencies, restore health, and prevent or reverse this disease process.
For information on how nutrient deficiencies, in time, cause the decay of cells, tissue, organs, glands, and body systems and can lead to premature death, click here to go to the Nutrient Supplement Questionnaire web page.
After reading this webpage regarding the Toxicity Questionnaire/Evaluation, you may click on the above links to review information on the other 3 of the 4 FREE Evaluations to make a decision regarding which FREE Evaluation you would like to select as our "Thank You For Subscribing." Then by referring three more friends to subscribe, you qualify for all Four Evaluations. A Word from Dr. Smith regarding this Secure Website. "I have had this website since the early 1990's. As you can see by its design, it is from an original style where the left column is the navigation bar, instead of today's contemporary websites that have a drop-down Menu. From the onset, this site has been secure from viruses and malware and still is.
You may have noticed Google is now placing a padlock icon to the left of website addresses, which can be misleading if you do not know what it means. If the padlock has a red slash across it, this means that the website is not secure for credit card processing. A red slash does not mean the website is not secure from viruses and malware. To be secure for card processing, the website requires an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate and special coding for this purpose. However, “Information only” websites, like this one, do not require an SSL because no currency is being processed through the website. Still, Google is placing the padlocks on all websites, and this is very misleading to those who do not understand their meaning.
Before the SSL Certificate and Coding, “https:/” represented websites that were SSL secure for card processing and “http:/” websites were not. However, though an http:/ website is not secure for card processing that does not mean that it is not secure against viruses and malware.
Please be assured that websites with http:/, padlocks with red slashes, and pop-up warning signs are now an "automatic" response from Google crawlers when they come across a website that does not have an SSL (i.e., does not a padlock without red slash), even if the website does not require one (like information only websites) OR the website cannot be coded for an SSL Certificate because it is an original website design from the 1990's or earlier. This website is both…it does not require an SSL because it is an information only website and it cannot be coded for SSL because of its original design; hence it will always have the red slash over the padlock. .
This website contains over 1000 educational webpages, which our contemporary websites are not designed to accommodate any more. This is why I plan to maintain this original design website from Network Solutions, who guarantees all of its websites are all virus and malware free, whether of original or contemporary design, and currently I do not provide a website that processes card payments.
