WHAT ALL FOUR EVALUATIONS TELL YOU ABOUT YOUR HEALTH
Here is an overview of how each of the four
Evaluations relate to each other to give you a broader picture of the
current state of your health and causes for your current symptoms.
The Dietary Evaluation Overview (DEO) identifies whether your current diet is healthy or not. If not, a poor score on the Dietary Evaluation Overview (DEO)
means your diet is creating vitamin, mineral and other nutrient deficiencies.
After these nutrient deficiencies have been present for at least three months, they begin to produce symptoms that feel
the same as symptoms of disease. The Nutrient Supplement Questionnaire
will determine if you are currently suffering from symptoms of nutrient deficiencies, that warrant taking vitamins or other nutritional supplements to correct these deficiencies.
The Stress Opinionnaire and the Toxicity Questionnaire
will evaluate if you have symptoms caused
specifically by Stressors and Toxicity, respectively. See IMPORTANT NOTE under Nutrient Supplement Questionnaire.
After reading this overview, you may realize the advantage of obtaining all four Evaluations. You receive one Free Evaluation, as a gift from Dr. Smith, when your email is added to
our newsletter e-mailing list. For each referred subscriber, you will
receive one additional Evaluation. Referrals must be from someone of a different household.
After you have referred three
subscribers, future referred subscribers, allows you to receive
Re-Evaluations (to repeat these four again), so you can monitor your progress as you make changes in your lifestyle that relate to your diet, supplements, stress and toxic
exposures. Re-Evaluations also help you determine when you need our professional naturopathic and clinical nutrition services and when you are doing well enough on your own.
To not be aware of when you need our services, can result in your progressing into a disease state, without even knowing it, or allowing your current disease(s) to progress to the point where it is too late for your body to heal itself. IMPORTANT NOTE
The Nutrient Supplement Questionnaire does not list all symptoms of nutrient deficiencies. The Nutrient Supplement Questionnaire provides a sufficient list to determine whether your symptoms warrant taking food supplements. To determine, which specific vitamins or other nutrients that are deficient, will require a clinical nutrition analysis of your biochemistry (i.e., blood, urine, saliva, hair, stool, etc.), depending upon which is required to determine the cause of your symptoms.
After the body experiences nutrient deficiencies, for at least three months, evidence of these deficiencies will be present in Laboratory Reports from testing blood, urine, saliva, hair, stool. However, if they have not progressed to point of disease in the areas of the body experiencing these deficiencies, they can be
identified only through a clinical nutrition analysis (or interpretation) of your
laboratory reports. This is why you can be suffering with symptoms and, at the same time, the "medical" interpretation of your Lab Reports indicates all medical tests are "normal."

A Word from Dr. Smith regarding this Secure Website. "I have had this website since the early 1990's. As you can see by its design, it is from an original style where the left column is the navigation bar, instead of today's contemporary websites that have a drop-down Menu. From the onset, this site has been secure from viruses and malware and still is.
You may have noticed Google is now placing a padlock icon to the left of website addresses, which can be misleading if you do not know what it means. If the padlock has a red slash across it, this means that the website is not secure for credit card processing. A red slash does not mean the website is not secure from viruses and malware. To be secure for card processing, the website requires an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate and special coding for this purpose. However, “Information only” websites, like this one, do not require an SSL because no currency is being processed through the website. Still, Google is placing the padlocks on all websites, and this is very misleading to those who do not understand their meaning.
Before the SSL Certificate and Coding, “https:/” represented websites that were SSL secure for card processing and “http:/” websites were not. However, though an http:/ website is not secure for card processing that does not mean that it is not secure against viruses and malware.
Please be assured that websites with http:/, padlocks with red slashes, and pop-up warning signs are now an "automatic" response from Google crawlers when they come across a website that does not have an SSL (i.e., does not a padlock without red slash), even if the website does not require one (like information only websites) OR the website cannot be coded for an SSL Certificate because it is an original website design from the 1990's or earlier. This website is both…it does not require an SSL because it is an information only website and it cannot be coded for SSL because of its original design; hence it will always have the red slash over the padlock. .
This website contains over 1000 educational webpages, which our contemporary websites are not designed to accommodate any more. This is why I plan to maintain this original design website from Network Solutions, who guarantees all of its websites are all virus and malware free, whether of original or contemporary design, and currently I do not provide a website that processes card payments.
