The Difference in a Clinical Nutrition Analysis or interpretation and a medical interpretation of Laboratory Reports.
What is included in a Clinical Nutrition Analysis, and what is not included.
TESTING & ANALYSIS OVERVIEW
A Clinical Nutrition Analysis (or interpretation) of your Nutritional Biochemistry of specific Laboratory Test Reports (blood, urine, saliva, stool or hair) identifies your individual vitamin deficiencies, biochemical imbalances and organ/gland dysfunctions -- all of which precede illness and disease.
Then based upon the findings of these scientific tests, Dr. Smith will design a personalized, therapeutic, whole food, vitamin supplement and dietary program to provide the nutrients your body requires to heal at a cellular level and to detoxify toxic substances (chemicals, metals, etc.) which are not only damaging and destroying cells, tissue, organs and glands, but interfering with your body's ability to heal.
A Clinical Nutrition Analysis or interpretation of your Laboratory Reports is quite different than a "Medical" interpretation. Below this has been explained and answers the questions that puzzle many patients today and that is, "How can my medical tests be normal, my physician says I am healthy or How can there be no cause for my symptoms, when I am suffering so much."
A Clinical Nutrition Analysis of Laboratory Testing includes.....
Specimen Collection, unless otherwise noted.
Laboratory Report of the Blood, Saliva, Urine, Stool or Hair Specimen.
Clinical Nutrition Analysis (Interpretation) of Laboratory Report.
Therapeutic Supplement Guidelines and Recommendations and/or
Design of Clinical Nutrition Therapeutic Program of Care (POC) utilizing Clinically-formulated, Therapeutic Supplements provided through Advanced Clinical Nutrition.
Health Appraisal Comprehensive (HAC) Bargraph Report - based upon the research from the Cornell University's Medical Index of Nutritional Symptoms, The HAC Report identifies the severity, via a percentage bargraph, of the client's nutritional symptoms in each of the 10 biological systems and sub-systems of the body.
A 15-minute Therapeutic Telephone Consultation per Clinical Nutrition Analysis of each test. Consultations over 15-minutes per test will incur a fee.

Client test values (Results) from their Blood Chemistry Laboratory Report (above) are entered into Dr. Smith's Clinical Nutrition Analysis Software Program, which is designed to calculate lab values based upon homeostasis (biochemical balance), which is the true definition of health.
